Weekly Chapter Meeting - IEEE Resume Review + Micromouse Q&A!

What: IEEE Resume Review + Micromouse Q&A
When: Wednesday, October 23rd, at 11:45am
Where: 210 Shillman
Why: This Wednesday we are putting on our first resume review! IEEE officers who have completed multiple co-ops will be answering questions and providing advice / help for all your resume needs! This is a great opportunity especially for freshmen and sophomores looking for internships or generally improve how they look on paper. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have about the co-op process and will be giving away some free swag.

Please bring a printout of your resume to this event so that we can help out!

Micromouse will also be presenting at the beginning of the meeting about what the club does and how to get involved. Micromouse is a competition hosted by IEEE where student groups from different universities design and build an autonomous robot to explore and find the center of a maze. The IEEE Northeastern student group has had a team compete in the last four Northeast Region 1 competitions and we are looking for new members. Working on Micromouse is not only a great hobby, but it will provide skills that will be useful for people searching for co-ops. If you are interested in Micromouse or any other IEEE competitions, please feel free to reach out to Kenneth, at afriyie.k@husky.neu.edu.
