Weekly Chapter Meeting - Lutron!

What: Lutron
When: Wednesday, October 30th, at 11:45am
Where: 210 Shillman
Why: This Wednesday we are hosting Ari Fox from Lutron!
For those of you who don't know, Lutron is a company in Kendall Square (super convenient commute) that is hiring a lot of EE / CE co-ops for the spring season! Ari is a project electrical engineer at Lutron and will be giving an awesome tech talk about what Lutron has been working on, as well as discussing potential co-op and internship opportunities. Ari is also an NU IEEE alum, so we are very excited to be hosting him!

Please bring a printout of your resume to this event if you are interested in working at Lutron!

Micromouse will also be presenting at the beginning of the meeting about what the club does and how to get involved. Micromouse is a competition hosted by IEEE where student groups from different universities design and build an autonomous robot to explore and find the center of a maze. The IEEE Northeastern student group has had a team compete in the last four Northeast Region 1 competitions and we are looking for new members. Working on Micromouse is not only a great hobby, but it will provide skills that will be useful for people searching for co-ops. If you are interested in Micromouse or any other IEEE competitions, please feel free to reach out to Kenneth, at afriyie.k@husky.neu.edu.
